Review all Material Requisitions against project budget, define whether it is recoverable, reimbursable, in budget etc and ensure Project manager’s blessing are there. Analyze actual Cost and Prepare Cost control reports. Showing detailed analysis, cost comparison of Budget –Actual – To Finish- At completion- Potential Variance. Cost analysis Analyze cost impact of Change Order & Design change etc with QS, Planning support. Refine existing cost methods, Identify correct problems in project costing. Study and develop standard rates for cost control. Track key cost index trends. Cost Centerwise Cost analysis, Overhead cost analysis. Inventory Cost analysis. Activity based Labour Cost analysis. Evaluate productivity & Progress and Cost trends.
Verify major subcontract invoices, claims and ensure it is completely in accordance with the Contract Terms, Unit Rates & Weighted Progress achieved. Oversee client invoicing, Evaluation of major subcontract cost accrual figures for monthly closing.
Prepare Project Cash flow statements. VOP - valuation of Production for accounts finalization Commercial & Contractual Quantify Claims by analyzing cost impact of delaying events, extension of time, Material Cost Escalation, Management of Change etc. Coordinate with claims consultants
