I AM IWCF QUALIFIED. Currently I am working as a Drilling Engineer/Night Company Man at Rig Site for Pakistan Oil Fields Limited since December 2008. Salient Job description at rig site includes: • Daily Operations monitoring, supervision and reporting. • Drilling calculations and optimisation. • Well Control Bit Hydraulics Optimization. • Drill-string Design evaluation, selection (include tally maintenance). • Drilling Fluids optimisation as per operational requirements. • Cement job designing, execution and problem solving. • In-depth experience of intricate Fishing jobs. • Logging jobs i.e. WL logging • Maintenance of surface pressure equipment. I have office work experience which includes rig equipment evaluation, selection and procurement. Casing design and drill-string limitation calculations, clearing in-voices and equipment Ops. Coordinating the job execution at the rig site between the service companies and the rig crew. I have worked with well prognosis, planning and job evaluation and analysis, other technical reporting is also included.
MSc Mechanical Engineering-High Merit The degree covers mechanical engineering from material metallurgy and automotive design perspective, it emphasises on design optimisation through CAD/CAE techniques in conjunction with design optimisation through mathematical modelling. MSc Project: Design and Analysis of a Novel Transmission Timing System. The project supervised by Gates Co. focused on the design, analysis and optimisation of novel load bearing machines and mechanical elements. Different modelling environments were employed for the F.E.A of the design. Prototypes of the novel design were used to correlate the propagation of torsion and tensile stresses, reactions and deformations.
