• Operation and Maintenance of Chill Water Plant of capacity 14000 TON at Energy Center, Aspire Zone Sport City (Doha). • Technical Support to Client and End-user for optimum operation of all Equipments. • Standard Operating Procedures Development • Reliability study of the Pumps, Compressors, Cooling Towers and Blowers. • Conditions monitoring of the Equipment on Daily Basis. • Correspondence with the Vendors over technical issues pertaining to Machinery. • All Defects are to be documented and Service request to be issued. • Discuss and inform with Aspire Zone and Tenants on any Facilities System failure that requires immediate repairs. • Conducts tool box meeting with Operations Team on day to day issues, Proactive & Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Corrective or Repair Works, Normal & Emergency Responses and Procedures, Follow up on Outstanding Service Orders. • Well familiar with EHS Procedures/Policies (Personal/Equipment & Environmental). • Operation knowledge of business software such as TAM System. • Maintenance & Installations of Pumps, Centrifugal (Single & Multi Stage) Valves (Globe, Butterfly, Gate, Ball, and Float Type Valves), PRV Stations, Accumulators, Cooling Towers, Diaphragm Pumps, Blowers, Reduction Gears, Spray Dryers, Vibrating Sieves, Roller Kilns, Bucket Elevators, Variable Gears, Conveyors Belts and Pulleys, Ball Mills, Jaw Crushers, Mixing & Storage Tanks, Agitators, Vessels (Rubber Lining & Bricks Type), Strainer (Oil & Water), Gas lines, Air and Water Supply Pipe lines, Regulators, Exhaust Fans, Heat Exchangers, Gauges, Relieve Valves, Hydraulic Cylinders & Pneumatic Cylinders, Work Shop Machining Operations.
