Professional Accomplishment with Technical Experience
• Efficiently handling the operations of two projects at different locations and completed with in stipulated time frame. • Instrumentally completed installation, alignment and commissioning of all equipments in new mineral (kaolin) processing plant.(700MT/Day) • Appreciation from managements for the completion mineral processing plant project works with in time frame. • Skillfully handover 1200MT of static equipments erection works with zero percentage tolerance in Nuclear power project. • Skillfully hand over 24 no’s of Reactor Passive heat recovery system including assembly, erection, alignment and testing. In a continuous mineral processing plant. • Successfully completed the erection and alignments of rotating equipments like 2 rotary kilns, 3 rotary dryers, 2 rotary coolers, 4 grinding mills and heavy duty pumps. • Actively participating in hot section maintenance work of GE make LM 6000 NLW gas turbine (2 no’s). • Knowledge about the preventive, predictive, breakdown and day to day maintenance activities of continuous processing plant and power plant (165MW CCPP) • Knowledge about construction and plant Health, Safety and Environment aspects. • Familiar with structural, fabrication, piping, P&I diagrams, layouts and civil drawing • Knowledge about electrical and instrumentation/automation equipments and their installations. • Maintaining good relationship with previous clients and consultants officials.
