Develop Contract Management Strategy.Notification to Client/Subcontractor with regards to Contractual Conditions.Correspondences with Clients (Technical as well as contractual matters) including issuance of various notices of Claims. Risk analysis to find the exposure of the company and develop the best pricing strategy applicable for the contract in consultation with the specific department to optimize company objectives. Co-ordinate and consult with Legal and Insurance in preparation of tenders and contracts. Making Material Take Off Sheets (i.e. quantification of quantities for Civil scope of work) for Project Proposal .Interacting with Solicitors/Advocates regarding the legal issues, if in case any issue crops up.Analysis (Techno-Commercial evaluation) and then Negotiations with Contractors/Subcontractors and Forming Contract Agreement or its Supplementary agreement.Involvement in the Payment Mechanism Scheme for Subcontractor/Other Vendors.Involvement in Start up and Close out of Contracts.Quite familiar with the usage of EIM software used for Document Control System.Identifying areas of Entitlement, and taking appropriate action to maximize the entitlement.Preparing Contract Appreciation Document (CAD).
