Conduct inspections of piping, equipment, welding and various fabrications as per the applied code or project specifications.
Inspection of electrode & material storage as per the applied code specifications.
Co-ordinate NDTs ie: MT, PT, UT, & X-Rays.
Welder qualification as per the applied code specification, eg: ASME & BSEN.
Compilation of Q.C.Ps / I.T.Ps as per work scope.
Compilation of project completion data dossiers as per client specification.
Pressure testing of various equipment and piping.
Witnessing alignment of equipment such as pumps, conveyers etc.
Checking and confirming elevations.
Compile inspection reports, NCRs and all other project related quality documentation.
Red-lining of piping and fabrication drawings.
Very good at Isometric, GA and P & I.D interpretation.
