1. Position: Contracts Engineer Type of Projects: Oil and Gas EPC Projects Period: Apr 10 to Date Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Subcontract Execution plan for project and KPIs. Discussion with Project team and finalization of Subcontract Plan and KPIs. Monitoring Subcontract plan, amendments and variation with reference to Budget. Preparation and Monitoring Subcontract Liabilities and forecast on Monthly basis. Preparation of Bid strategy and Subcontract agreement templates. Leading the team of Quantity Surveyors for on-site Quantity Surveying, Day Work Sheet Preparation and Control using Project Management Control System (PMCS) techniques.
