• Supervise regular overall day to day activities of workshop and Engineers/Technicians movements. Responsible to manage independently the activities of the Maintenance Department. • Supervise regular overall day-to-day activities of Rig & Fleet Maintenance. • Assist on Rig mobilization, Shut down jobs. • Handle all sorts of Maintenance jobs in Work over rigs (50Ton, 100 Ton) • Handle all sorts of operation and maintenance works of Mud Pumps, Generators, Turbines, Cementing Equipments, Mobile Well Stimulation Equipments, Coil Tubing Units, and Acid Pumpers etc. Also, Earth moving equipments like Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Trucks, Hydraulic cranes and Concrete Pumps etc… • Supervise and assist overall on overhauling jobs and major jobs. • Handle Administration of warranty. Assist on inventory management; take care of statutory obligations and quality aspects/procedure/systems processes. • Ensure strict compliance of workshop act.
