Professional Experience
-1- 7 yers in Utility OPERATOR L 2 in Compression Station for IN SALAH GAS (SONATRACH / BP / STATOIL) turbine operator (mark 5 / PGT 25 LM ) GE & nuovo Pignone. First start up and commissioning and pre-commissioning compression station sins 2003 Start up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility Systems. Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc) within operating requirements and Potable water units. Prepare process and utility systems for remote operation Prepare process and utility systems for shutdown Ensuring the correct overrides are in place for relevant permitted work that would effect the safe and efficient running of the production and utility systems. Monitors and controls all process variables based on information from DCS control system and PLC system. In charge of all the Generators, Turbine and Gas Compressors operation including the starting up of the entire unit. Report all discharges, leaks, spills, injuries, and incidents, immediately. Ensure personnel understand and comply with current environmental regulations. Carry out Emergency Response role Pigging operation and preparation of commodity and procedure. Assist maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required. Supervise operation of PTW system. Advise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment. Maintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations. Co-ordinate activities and resources across teams or shift.
