Position: Wireline Field Engineer (July 2008 - till date) Baker Hughes Singapore Pte Baker Atlas.
Expertise in the following services Baker Atlas Open Hole services such as all resistivity, radioactivity (neutron, density), spectrolog, Sonic Services. Baker Atlas Open Hole Resistivity and Acoustic Imaging services both in water and oil based mud. Baker Atlas Formation Evaluation service (RCI): Involving sampling of the borehole fluids and pressure test. Baker Atlas Nuclear Magnetic Resonance service, MREX. Pipe recovery operations such as Free point Indicator and Back off. Baker Atlas Cement evaluation services Segmented Bond tool and the conventional Cement bond log tool. Baker Atlas Completion services such as wireline Perforation Plug settings. Baker Atlas Cased Hole services such as Chemical cutters, Jet cutters, Drill collar severing tool.
Achievements Topped the Well Logging School 2008, held by Baker Hughes at Montrose, Scotland, UK. Headed the Baker Hughes operations as Engineer-in-charge in Bokaro, Jharkhand and West Bengal for ONGC. Worked in remote land operations in Bokaro, Jharkhand and in highly demanding environment catering clients such as Reliance Industries and ONGC.
Key Responsibilities Open and cased hole logging & perforation services, including equipment preparation, equipment maintenance, calibration, proper utilization, planning and implementation. Processing of the acquired data in presentable form. In charge of HSE on behalf of the company at rigsite operations. Interacting directly with the client on his interpretations of the log and providing valuable suggestions regarding the same. Perform all necessary troubleshooting with the tools or the unit as required during of after a job, with proper reporting for the same. As the Engineer-in-charge of a base, contributed actively in the all the aspects involved in setting up a base such as infrastructure, logistics apart from heading the operational aspects.
