Well Completion supervisor (Workover&Well repair) • Supervising 25-30 rigs daily • Organizing Pump trucks, pipe truck, Measurement trucks, Water units. • Controlling Locations, Planing mobilization • Daily Reporting and Preparing Workover Program and AFE costs (Well cementing, Perforation, rehabilitations) • Operating Workover operations -Milling, Fishing, Cement plug, Leakage cementing • Testing Casing -Leakage and injectivity tests • Operating Well Repair operations (Assembling and reassembling PCP units, Washover, Bailer, Impression Block) • Operating Power Swiwel (S-85) at Workover operations -Cement drilling, Milling and Fishing etc. • Operating Packers- Sqeeze/service, tension packers • Determining Supplying tools and equipments from warehouse
Technologist • Well management reports • Manage status of wells (Pumping Wells on Production , PCP Wells on Production , Workover Rig on the Location … ) • To supervise plant daily operational activities • To supervise plant start ups, shut down and emergencies as per established operational procedure • To issues work permits for BeAAT plant after discussion of requirements • To carry out additional works given to him by Section Head from time to time • To participate in maintenance and shut down planning and implementation
