L.L.C One of the top notch construction companies in UAE since 1980 Scaffolding & Formwork Designer • I am directly involved in Designing (Scaffolding & Formwork), operations & logistics system from start of mobilization to demobilization, having completed more than 15 projects to date (Cuplok and Doka). • Study, forecast & submit the requirement to the projects in time. • Prepare Shop drawings of Scaffolding & formwork design as per available stock. • Submit the design calculation for third party and consultant approval. • To lead a team of technical / manual personnel and maintain harmonious working relationships. • Ensures the standard and quality of work executed by the Scaffolding team. • Term Contractor. Including erection/dismantling of scaffolding, routine scaffolding service, etc. • Ensure the technical feasibility according to the site layouts with co-ordination of Site management. • Ensures that all works are executed to high standards and meet all required safety standards. • Prepare the B.O.Q of the Design for shipment to the concern site. • Estimate budget for the project as per internal hiring rates. • Prepare cost comparison of different system to finalize the system for project. • Ensure safe & quality repairs in order to maximize efficiency, ensure best practice and best value for money. • Prepare the management information & review reports • Coordinate with all relative sites and companies to know their needs and provide services on time in order to complete all projects on time. • Periodical inspection of site materials (scaffolding & formwork). •
