Professional Experience
Nineteen (19)) years experience in various construction field on Petrochemical Plants, Oil Refineries, Pipelines and Power Plant. Involved on different related procedures, codes, standards and specifications, worked with prestigious multinational company in overseas. Assignments have included services in the Middle East, Africa and Asian countries. Develop/review project specific Inspection and Test Plan (ITP’S), Construction Method Statements and Procedures as required.
Witness/review /monitor & identify hold points on various testing – Pressure Test, Radiography Test (RT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye-Penetrant Test (DPT), Ultrasonic Test (UT), Holiday Test, Positive Metal Identification (PMI), Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) etc.
Monitor/conduct inspection on shop fabricated spools, verify and confirm NDE requirements prior to spool releasing for field installation.
Prepare & issue required reports, documentation on any discrepancy arises such as Technical Query (TQ), Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Concession Request, Etc.
Monitor, supervise and conduct routine inspection on various shop and field fabrication installation, construction & erection of mechanical piping, welding, structural, tanks and vessels. Assuring that all work execution comply with specifications, codes, standards, procedures and contract requirements.
Conduct/witness Welder Qualification Test (WQT), prepare welder certificates and Identification cards.
Monitor/review welders performance records, radiographic test requirement as per contract Requirement.
