• Give effective support to the G.M in his Administrative Duties by providing the relevant reports of day-to-day function of the firm. • Translate Important Documents or Letters from English to Arabic and vice versa. • Overall Co-ordination of Sales and Production Departments • Attend Customer inquiries came by telephone or through Sales Department and prepare quotation. • Receive Purchase Orders from Sales Department, Verify for completeness of specifications, price, credit terms, delivery schedule and other terms and conditions included in the P.O. • Forward Purchase Orders to the Accounts Dept. for verification of balance status and if there is an outstanding payment, follow up the Sales Dept. in order to confirm weather the payment has been made. • Forward Purchase Orders to G.M. for final approval and then submit the approved Purchase Orders to the Production Department in order to initiate production process. • Attend Customer follow-ups for material delivery and in co-ordination with production department ensure timely delivery. • Verify packed quantity, arrange items for delivery from the store and prepare Invoice. • Attend customer complaints regards to product, find solution to rectify it and records them for corrective actions. • Taking charge of the sales during the vacation of sales executives which includes Canvassing new customers, price negotiations and gaining Purchase Orders from the Customers, Order follow-ups through the Production Dept. for timely delivery, Customer Care and Services, Collecting due payments from customers etc. • Purchase Planning of Raw Material in bulk from major suppliers like SABIC. • Working as Company Representative for Certification of ISO 9001-2000, which is under process. • Overall responsibilities of Office Management like purchasing of house keeping items, furniture and PC.
* Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature * Diploma in Computer Applications
