RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning for production, manpower, raw materials, and equipment to achieve the targeted production.
AMMONIA PLANT shut down and cold startup, hot startup activities, Trouble shooting during emergency.
Monitoring and Controlling of processes in plant through DCS operation Handling various work permit issual to maintenance departments to ensure plant safety and Handling responsible for vessel inspection.
Handling responsible for safety of people and equipment by ensuring safety systems are in place and that there is no deviation from safety standards.
To act as an incident controller Assisting in effective handling of emergency situations
Daily report and Monthly reports for the ongoing process. Reporting to head process on daily basis regarding Production and yield analysis. Monitoring equipment in plants regularly and check for abnormalities Giving Training to the Trainees Regarding plant operations and Emergency Preparedness plan Logging all activities carried out, abnormalities noticed during the shift and activities to be carried out in the next shift in the prescribed formats. Identifying hazards, leakages and takes corrective actions Co-ordination with quality control and maintenance department regarding day- to day operations.
EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING OPERATION AND EQUIPMENTS.
Experience in multi stage centrifugal pumps, compressors, high pressure boilers. Experience in opertion of side fired reformer, catalytic converters, furnaces (both natural draught and balancded draught ) . Experience with unloading & loading of Primary reformer catalyst and tube replacement Experience in handling Burner management system (BMS) for furnace safety
