I have been working with Petroleum GeoService company (PGS) for more than 15 years and I have a lot of experience in different fields as follows:- 1- I have worked with HR Dept. (Human Resources) and here are some of my duties: a) Managing the annual leave for every one b) Full observation of the attendance system for employees c) Make files for every one ( personal documentation, vacations, excuses, penalties, warning letters and promotions…) d) Choose and set agreements with the best Medical care proposal. e) Send emails to announce and remind about the company rules which I have already involved in setting it. f) Resolve any problem between the employees.
2- Worked with the area Manager as an assistant to him. a) arrangement of appointments with clients b) Reservation of tickets with airlines in case of travelling. c) Meet and assist his clients when they are in our company, or generally in Egypt if they are foreigners. d) If we have a party at any hotel, I arrange everything with them e) Care about the drivers to pick up the client 3- Worked with the shipping dept. a) Deal with EGPC and I have good public relationship with them b) Do custom decleration and letter through EGPC for receiving and shipping the shipment c) Make filling for every shipment (in / out) whatever assets or consumed shipment 4-worked with HSE Dept. (health, safety and environmental) a) I took course in first aid so I am taking action and caring for the injury one and for the sick one in case of illness. And I am a member of the American Red Cross b) Purchasing of all medicines we need c) I took course in fire drilling, so I know well how to use the extinguisher in case of fire 5- Worked with Marketing Dept. and have good Public Relations a) Arrange the tenders regarding our prices agreements and contracts b) Meet our client and submit our brochures related to our company
