3 Years as Senior Process Technologist in PETRONAS Gas Plant at Kerteh. 9 Years as Production Engineer/Technical Advisor in large & medium scale petrochemical Plant. 5 Years of Supervisory experience in a large & medium scale GTL and Oil field facility Provided process engineering support for process designs and modifications, process safety, unit revamp and rejuvenation projects and other technical support. Proficient in ICON Process Simulation Software (Similar to HYSIS), HTRI Software. Perform and prepare feasibility studies, analyze the FEED, BED and Detail Engineering Packages. Hands on experience in all aspects of gas processing plant including process computer simulation, equipment sizing and specification. Deep hands-on experience of gas separation, drying, treating and compression, and condensate stabilization facilities. In-depth knowledge of and the ability in the operation systems for large scale removal of CO2 from hydrocarbon gas, including amine wash and other relevant methods. Familiarity with all process design safety requirements, including experience of HAZOP, 'What If' and PRA studies. Optimization and Trouble shooting of AGRU, Gas Dehydration, Furnace Operation, Cold Box, Separation Trains and LPG treating Units.
