ć Planning & execution of all kind of surface finishing activities of loose material as well as ship tanks and outer hull. ć Inspection & recording of all these activities as per specified standards & techniques. ć To obtain quality assurance from suppliers & clients representatives. ć Independent Shift-in charge of auto blasting and priming line. ć To develop new methods and techniques to reduce rejection & rework to improve productivity. ć Presentation of status to the management and setting task force. ć Provide technical assistance to use various coating systems from surface preparation to final coat application. ć Identify the coating defects and take corrective and preventive measures. ć Study the material handling and working systems for optimum man & machine utilization. ć Involvement in finalizing the sub-contractors for Blasting and Painting.
