From August 2010 to today Inspector engineer/ GL Group I’m following several project with GL Cairo and in particular: Cameron Dresser S.p.a. – Voghera plant Client: AMEC Kizomba A and B project, I’m examination ball valves, check valve in compliance with API 598 Activity performed: Hydrostatic Shell Test, Hydrostatic Torque Test Without Pressure, Hydrostatic Torque Test Under Pressure (for both sides), Hydrostatic Seat Test, Hydrostatic Functional Test Without Pressure, Hydrostatic Functional Test Under Pressure, Pneumatic Seat Relief Test, Gas Body Test, Gas Seat Test Low Pressure, Gas Seat Test CMR Cambiago (MI) Client: AMEC Examination and witnessed of all welds on the 3 spool in compliance with ASME procedure. NDT’s examination on all equipments. Sices Group Client: ENPPI Examination and witnessed tests of heat exchangers: Air test of nozzle reinforcement pads,Hydrostatic test of shell side in stacked position, Internal inspection of shell, UT examinations of nozzle to shell, PT examinations of shell fillet welds,Check of tube bundle insertion into the shell. from January 2010 to August 2010 Engitec Technologies S.p.a. Quality engineer Engitec Technologies S.p.a. is a company Engineer that provide full turkey plants for the recycle of the exhausted batteries and the production of the lead. All the activity are carry out inside the production plant. I'm testing all the equipment product inside the plants as crystallizer vessel, heat-exchanger vessel, pressure vessel - analysis of the Radiography Test on T-welded part on request by the client-all vessel flanges checked with Penetrant Test and Magnetic Test Dimensional and Working Test of reducer motor that will be mounted on the machinery. Visual/dimensional Test on crucibles trolley, skimming machinery, basin tank with lifting chain to remove plastic material, testing different shape of conveyor belt, test of the mechanical and working conveyor shaft.
