Proven ability to handle the Enabling works tender package, review and negotiate subcontractor offers, review design, Pricing and Finalization of Tender prior to Managing Directors review and approval.
Attend the Negotiation (Technical and Commercial) meetings, attend the client/consultant queries, provide post tender clarifications and finalize the terms and conditions of contract with the clients.
Negotiate with the sub-contractors, finalise the sub-contractor and seek the Managing Director approval and review/finalise terms and conditions of the sub-contract agreement.
Negotiate with the suppliers, finalise procurement prices, issue purchase orders as per the requirement of the site project team.
Review the contract changes, compare changes/variations, review variation cost and submit for client/consultants approval for issuance of variation orders.
Review methodologies, designs with their suitability and sustainability, Safety, and arrange the submittals for Client/consultants approval and co-ordinate with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits.
Familiar with tenders, estimation, correspondence related to construction activities and enabling works construction related problems.
Familiar with design of Diaphragm Wall / Sheet pile wall/ Cofferdam / H-beam shoring / Secant wall / Contiguous wall shoring works using Reward 2.5 Software and design of Piling Works / Marine piles / Loadout Platform
Familiar with Computerized application packages Reward 2.5, MS Project, Primavera (partly), MS-Office and AutoCAD etc.
