Proven ability to handle the Enabling works tender package, review and negotiate subcontractor offers, review design, Pricing and Finalization of Tender prior to Managing Directors review and approval.

Familiar with tenders, estimation, correspondence related to construction activities and enabling works construction related problems.
Familiar with design of Diaphragm Wall / Sheet pile wall/ Cofferdam / H-beam shoring / Secant wall / Contiguous wall shoring works using Reward 2.5 Software and design of Piling Works / Marine piles / Loadout Platform
Familiar with Computerized application packages Reward 2.5, MS Project, Primavera (partly), MS-Office and AutoCAD etc.

Contribute to business planning and tender strategy.
Co-ordinate tendering with proposals group and provide guidance on techniques, rates and methodologies to be adopted with tendering.
Review the monthly updated tender projects register encompassing all potential work opportunities for company, timing and associated clients. Liaise with business development manager to pursue with clients, negotiate and communicate with the management.
Investigate potential areas of improvement for tendering, execution and all other associated commercial activities.
