Duties and Responsibilities: ć To monitor Welder performance and conduct visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds in accordance with Company procedures and international codes of practice. ć To check, inspect and test incoming welding and construction materials to ensure they meet project specification requirements. ć To coordinate with clients to undertake Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT) and inspections of prepared test specimens and witness destructive tests. ć To identify and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & PQR for jobs as per project specifications and verify Welders meet PQR requirements. ć To collate all relevant documentation for the job and apply the data to the creation of a Test Pack to undertake pre-hydro test inspection activity. ć To undertake verification of welding machines to ensure equipment meets job requirements specification and provide verification of electrode baking and holding temperature including control and issue. ć To conduct fit up and dimension inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and to provide technical guidance for welding sequence and distortion control.

Duties and Responsibilities: o Reviewing the Material list as per Isometric drawings and verifying the Piping Isometric and Plan drawings. o Monitoring of fabrication activities as per approved standards. o Shop Fabrication & Installation: Inspection of piping spools at CS, LTCS, SS and Alloy steel fabrication shops. Total control & responsibility for all piping fabrication works at shops and all QC and welding related matters. o Checking for revision of Isometric drawing and P&ID. o Surveillance of the Site erection activities. o Reporting of discrepancies in design and modifications. o Close monitoring of piping reinstatement, ensuring that all reinstated piping components in a system have complied with the requirements of specified procedures, codes and standards. o Coordinating with NDT Personnel to perform various non destructive tests.
