UTBS PROJECT HASSI MESSAOUD ALGERIA Commissioning Engineer October 2009 – October 2010 I worked as commissioning engineer for the Saipem SA to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of a Crude Treatment Unit. I’m involved in preparing and reviewing of operational and test Commissioning procedures, conducting all necessary supervision of contractor’s commissioning, development, preparation and execution works, mechanical completion, flushing lines, punch listing.
KAFCO NEW DEPOT PROJECT (KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) Kuwait PMC Commissioning engineer February 2008 – August 2009 I worked as PMC commissioning for the Mott MacDonald, a UK Consulting Company for a new Depot with all facilities for fuelling the Kuwait International Airport (and a feed pipe with jet fuel from refinery to Kuwait International Airport).
