Process 2: Barclays Bank - Credit Card & Retail Liabilities (Dispatch & Verification)
It is a Dispatch (Credit card, Statements, Letters, Debit card, Account statements, IPins, Mpins, Gift Artifcles, Cheque books, Welcome kits) & Customer Verification process for Barclays Credit Card & Retail Liabilities. Managing a team of 20 agents & more than 40 Vendors PAN India.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements are achieved within the time allotted adhering to the policies of the process. • Tracking & maintaining MIS of Dispatched & verification cases. • Ensuring Weekly & Monthly quality Audits and timely briefings conducted on time for all Dispatch & verification vendors. • Co-ordination with vendors for timely completion of work with better quality • Interacting and reporting to the clients on a daily, weekly and Quarterly basis. • Initiated all the required things in the process in terms of IT, Software, Reports and other infrastructure as process was newly launched by Client. • Monthly Provision & Actual billing for all Dispatch & Contact Point Verification (CPV) vendors • Maintaining daily attendance. • Monthly Score card, Decline analysis, Awards & penalty for all vendors. • Maintained 0% absenteeism consistently for past three months. • Reduced RTO % of Credit Card & Statements dispatch. • Awarded for Outstanding Performance in the Year of 2006-2007
