Reporting to Project QC Engineer, the Piping QC Inspector is responsible to monitor, audit and guide the EPCM and Construction Contractors QC activities during fabrication, installation and pre commissioning.
Since January, 1999 has been involved in Inspection as Piping Inspector, ASNT RT Lev II, Quality Control, examination and testing including WPS and Welder Performance Qualification Test, inspection for Bar Pipe, Duplex Pipe inspection, Responsible for technical review of engineering design, construction, and review documents/procedures. Prepared Pipeline Certification Procedure, ITP, check list and also prepare pipeline scope of works and personnel qualifications. Strong skill level supervision/inspection problem solving all QA/QC including technical problem, interpersonal skill, particular the ability to listen and understand co-worker, costumer/client problem, understood in International Codes & Standards Rules and ISO.
