Prepare Drill bit program for assigned wells in comparison offset well performance. Ensuring contractor personnel, services and material, are available at rig site when required so to avoid any delay in operations. Optimization of to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of drilling. Drilling mud familiarity with all aspect of drilling mud, well site mud tests and Solids Control system. Drilling performance analysis with wells of similar profile depth, depth & geology.NPT monitoring. Drawing up drilling programs, taking account of desired production flow rates; Obtaining relevant data, carrying out analysis on site and recommending immediate actions as necessary. Monitoring safety and ensuring the good maintenance of the well. Coordinating and supervising the work of the drilling team. Daily update of IDS drilling database, Time Depth curve, daily cost tracker, NPT analysis, contractor’s performance graphs. Working on Wells with depths ranging to4000m. Working on wells with Deviation up to 50 Deg. Worked On problems faced due to Differential stuck. Working as DIRECTIONAL DRILLER: Directional driller with JINDAL DRILLING INDUSTRIES LIMITED, Experience with different JINDAL equipments and conventional mud motors. Good Knowledge of MWD Tools. Work as Driller/assistant driller sound knowledge of drilling rigs, mud pumps, BOP, TOP DRIVES ,Fishing tools, all drilling equipments etc. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows. Good control of laboratory analysis (Polymers, and WBM&OBM Drilling fluids) Experience in staff management. Excellent physical condition and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure.
