Professional Experience
Rotating equipments’ engineer in EMC Company (Egyptian maintenance co.)-Well-known maintenance and modification service provider to major oil, gas and petrochemical companies, all over Egypt- from 1/11/2007 until now. • 1st assignment ELAB (Egyptian linear alkyl benzene) Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to rotating machinery equipments. 2. Perform corrective maintenance tasks to rotating machinery equipments. 3. Participated in the erection & construction of the rotating equipments in ELAB project including positioning, leveling, and alignment. 4. participated in the commissioning and start up of the ELAB (Egyptian linear alkyle benzene) from 1/3/2008 till now (gas turbine maintenance engineer): As an engineer in the team of EMC, responsible for performing overhauls of nuovo pignone's gas turbines in Egypt. • 2nd assignment at ELNG Responsible for one of six gas turbines in train 1 to install extender kit upgrade from MS 5002 D to MS 5002 D+ nuovo pignone gas turbine from 3-15/5/2008 Also I was awarded the best performance and safer turbine by EMC (certified). • 3rd assignment from 9-20/11/2008 in ELNG: Responsible for one of six gas turbines in train 2 to install extender kit upgrade from MS 5002 D to MS 5002 D+ nuovo pignone gas turbine • 4th assignment from 22/11/2008 to 4/12/2008 at segas (Spanish Egyptian gas) LNG plant: Responsible for two nuovo pignone compressors' overhaul including tertiary seal & dry gas seal replacement. • 5th assignment from 5/12/2008 to 21/12/2008 at ELNG plant:: Responsible for the supervising the team that perform the major overhaul for the turbine 1521 including HP & LP shaft replacement after it has collapsed after the installation of the extender kit in November shutdown • 6th assignment from 1/1/2009 till now GPC (general petroleum co.) Responsible for the maintenance of the diesel engines, reciprocating compressors a pumps in GPC co. including participating in planning for the preventive maintenance schedule, corrective maintenance and operational condition monitoring.
