Professional Experience
I am Reporting to Maintenance and Inspection Manager, and I am in charge for 2 Methods Planning Engineers, 8 Planners and 2 Document controllers reporting to me.
I am Responsible for Issuing Maintenance Plans and Schedules for Corrective (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) jobs, arranging all the required resources (including Job sequence, Maintenance Procedures, Spares parts reqd., Support services, External manpower, Equipment Vendor representatives, Lifting equipments, and organising Job Safety Analysis meeting to identify risk and develop mitigation plans etc.)
Conduct Daily meetings with all departments and inform Planners of any changes in priority, Ensure Planning Section develops and Issues weekly and 4 weekly, Work order Plans to all departments (Production/Operation, Inspection, Support services and Maintenance department) for necessary job preparation.
Prepare Yearly and 3 yearly Maintenance packages of Equipments, Spared units / systems, Define Battery limits, consolidate all the jobs that can be done during the period, prepare Schedule and execute the job accordingly , De-briefing and follow-up to update records.
Ensure CMMS Master Data i.e. Functional Locations, PM plans, Task list, Material Masters are continuously updated in CMMS (SAP R3) with the feed back received from filed engineers / material suppliers etc., Data integrity is maintained at all levels.
Coordinate with all disciplines Leaders and develop Priority/ Critical Purchase Requisitions and External Services requisitions List and issue it to procurement and Contract department on weekly basis for their action.
Participate in Management meetings; provide information to Management in making Business decision like scheduling shutdowns/Budget fore cast/Critical equipments status update, External resources requirements etc.
Maintain awaiting Shutdown (SD) job list, Acting has Shutdown co-ordinator during situation, involved in forming SD Core-Team, Prepare Master schedules and Chair follow-up meetings, follow-up during Planning, Execution and SD close out reports, debriefing.
I am responsible for preparing maintenance budget for CAPEX, OPEX, Turnaround and Management Change Jobs.
Produce Weekly / Monthly Maintenance and Inspection department KPI reports
