Professional Experience
. Develop and maintain waste characterization and management program and ensure storage, treatment, transport, recycling and safe disposal of all wastes to meet relevant national requirements and minimizes company future liabilities. Develop air emission inventories from stationary and fugitive sources. . Implement a hazardous materials marking and labelling protocol to control environmental risks during the storage, handling and use of hazardous materials Responsible for implementation of Environmental Monitoring programs including maintenance up to date compliance requirements. Responsible for providing compliance and environmental advises on different environmental subjects relating to specialists team activities/scope Monitor water discharge quality and volumes and ground water levels and quality and store data in databases Update with the Operations Group, an effective oil spill and hazardous materials emergency response plan, including drills and external interfaces. Assisting contractors in HSE issues, maintain and update environmental guidelines, prepare environmental policies, manuals & procedures and prepare technical report For Projects- EIA, review & update EIR,ECP, ENVID, HAZOP, Environment Permit to Operate (EPO ) for new projects ,Site HSE monitoring , developing /Implementing EMS, Noise survey & mapping and to prepare procedures and site HSE monthly report. Manage the Environmental officers /Engineers team for project, plant, etc. Industrial Hygiene- Monitoring Heat stress, Indoor air quality monitoring, Toxic air analysis in plant areas, dust control measures and drinking water monitoring Participated in performance testing of cooling tower, boilers, developing procedures, etc. Provide resource for investigating incidents, and assure the quality of incident investigation in operations/projects. Prepare air emission inventories, co-ordinated for air dispersion modelling for boiler stacks, Project Leader for Fugitive emission (LDAR) and stack emission monitoring (Air Quality monitoring) by CEMS.
