Preparation of Contract Documentation for ADWEA (Abu Dhabi Water& Electricity Authority), Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co (ADMA OPCO) and other oil & utility companies for supply & installation of electro-mechanical, power and solid waste management projects. Evaluating responses to tenders, conducting technical and financial analysis preceding negotiations and finalization of -client, vendors, material suppliers and associate - contracts / agreement clauses in accordance to project requirements or client specs Monitoring inventory movement to determine appropriateness of procurement actions, identifying source of supply (contract or open market) and preparing of Letters of Credit, Invoices and other commercial instruments. Renewing or terminating contracts of suppliers in view of past performance and draft contract background with all supporting documents. Coordination of Inspection of Materials and preparation of Receiving Cum Damage Reports and Invoices Reconciling the usage and requirement of materials list as per client’s requirement for construction, as Project Surplus Materials, Good Receipt Notes, SRV etc and finalizing purchase details to prepare Contract close-out documentation. Planning the execution work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines thus ensuring procedural adherence. Analyzing and drafting detailed project progress reports. Liaising with consultants, government and execution department to discuss current projects. Enforcing stringent adherence to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management in the organization in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS.
