Daily site inspection of structural and piping modification, re-fabrication, erection including piping support and check fit-up joints prior for welding based on work notification received from Sub Contractor Coordinate to piping and structural inspector in all aspects in site activities and checking the status of work Update daily progress report and reviewing the timesheet from Sub Contractor based on site inspection Coordinate with different field of discipline in approving timesheets according on site work progress Provide assistance to Contracts Manager in the control of all contractual, commercial and financial issues of the project. Check and ensure that all Subcontract technical and economical issues are as per project contract specifications, local laws & regulations. Preparation of actual man-hour rates based on project contact in approving variation proposal received from Sub Contractor Reviewing variation proposal from the sub-contractor and preparing the variation cost based on the contract unit price
