Professional Experience
I studied and graduated as a Civil Engineer (Diplom Ingenieur) at the Rheinisch-Westfaelische Technische Hochschule Aachen (RWTH) in Germany. For several years the main focus of my work relates to operating and managing different businesses particularly in Germany and the Middle East. As a manager with intercultural background and sound work experience in various fields of plant business, you provide an excellent chance for me to continue and advance professionally.
Soon after starting my career in engineering I focused more and more on administrative and manag-ing work. As site supervisor and at a later date as site manager I was in charge of many different ac-tivities, for example executing basic and detailed engineering jobs, preparing and conducting meet-ings and presentations of the current projects, as well as planning and tracking the projects pro-gress. Through this work I gained the ability to work under extreme time pressure and solve prob-lems efficiently. Many different factors have to be coordinated and taken into account. Especially at the beginning of projects unexpected things happen and I was able to improvise and to solve prob-lems efficiently.
Mostly I enjoyed working in international environments, as I worked in various countries with teams from the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Arabic countries. I enjoy learning from different perspectives and cultures
