1994 ~ 2001 Thermax Ltd, India - • Intern Project Trainee (1994), • Design Engineer responsible for complete Thermal Design and Detail Engineering till commissioning. Products included Fluidised bed water tube boilers with coal and various bio-fuel firing. Coil type steam boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters both solid/liquid/gas fuels. High temperature synthetic Thermal oil systems, Hot water systems, Thermo-Syphon systems, Air heaters, Burner Systems. • Leader of standard product development process (PDP) team for developing and perfecting products through a methodological approach to satisfaction of customer expectation levels. • Appointed head of Proposal Engineering for Coil Type products. 2001 ~ 2005 ME Engineering Ltd, England - • Transferred to ME Engg. Ltd. UK as Proposal Engineer to address Offshore / onshore Waste heat recovery systems major dealing with most of the Upstream Oil and Gas industry, clients include Rolls-Royce Power Systems, Solar Turbines, BP, Shell, Siemens, Nouvo Pignone, PDVSA, various EPCM contractors. • As a Proposal Engineer in ME-UK, realised a major contract, for Devonport Management Ltd. (DML) a/c Ministry of Defence, UK now Babcock Marine. Subsequently self was appointed as Project Manager for Project through execution to commissioning programme. • Full Fledged Project Manager role including procurement, manufacturing, Client relations to address various contracts in varied product range of ME/Thermax Ltd including Boilers, Heaters, Waste Heat Recovery Sys, Steam Generators. • After Sales, Services and Spares Support. Oct 2005 ~ Oct 2006 Thermax Ltd, India - • Transferred back again with operation philosophy change from ME Engg. Ltd. UK back to parent company Thermax, heading the Project Department Function. Managing Project Engineers, Procurement, Planning, QA/Expediting of the Projects and Critical Client / Customer interface. Oct 2006 ~ Till Date Thermax Ltd, India - • • A list of onshore / offshore Waste Heat recovery systems with EPCM involvement. Self is heading the Project Department in position as Senior Manager Projects responsible from contract handover, Kickoff Meeting, Delivery of Project through to Final contract Settlement.
