Responsible for all Supply of goods, Services, Service Level agreements (SLA) and Maintenance contracts for all domains of Wire-line, Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Drilling, Well Testing, Satellite Communication, Fixed Line Communication and Wireless (CDMA/GSM) sub structures.Developed stable and long term relationships with International and Local partners, to deliver the best possible supply chain solution. Working closely with internal stakeholders like legal, commercial and technical to deliver the best possible value added supply chain solution. Preparing bids in response to RFPs/RFIs and RFQs floated by all the Oilfield Segments, telecom operator and service providers in the marketEffectively handled and delivered all supplies and services related to Rig sites/ locations, Telecom sites and warehouses.Managing and arranging Letter of Credit, Insurance, Import Contract and Bank Guarantees.Identification and mitigation of risks associated with business.Receivables monitoring and keeping a check on its aging to meet Sales Targets and organizational goals:Monitoring and analyzing order related costs and adjusting where necessary so as to meet the organizational operational as well as strategic goals Periodic Financial reporting. Monthly analysis of overall Sales Performance of the Organization. Financial Monitoring Helped in Sales Forecasting of Different Business Sectors, which in turn aided in Business planning and Development.Remain involved in the implementation & Integration of SAP MM module & Oracle CM, CP, PR & APBPO.Acted as project manager for the construction of new Schlumbeger Office Complex.
