1)05/2010~Now, Aspen Technology Inc, Simulation Engineer
05/2010~2011/02, 1) worked with simulation team in USA to Convert almost 100 existing customer¡¯s Pro/II inp file (most of them are refinery models) to Hysys and AspenPlus, and made them converged on Hysys/AspenPlus. Compared the result of Hysys/Aspenplus with Pro/II out file; 2£©calibrated the Petroleum Column from plant data, used Petroleum column to demo customer how to adjust pump around flowrate of crude distillation column when processing different kinds of crude feed; 3) extracted customer CDU model to Aspen Energy Analyzer(HX-NET), used pinch theory to optimize heat train of CDU model, provided suggestion to customer for solving furnace overloading; 4) shown to customer how to use Refsys to simulate FCCU model; 5) Familiar with integration of Aspen EDR(HTFS) with AspenPlus/Hysys to improve heat exchanger design efficiency, familiar with Pro/II software.
