RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Jun 2009 – Sep 2009 ExxonMobil Facilities Engineer Main Responsibilities: My project work evaluated the impacts of introducing Gas Condensates to Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) at ExxonMobil’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) - Bonny River Terminal (BRT). This involved among other things, using HYSYS process simulator as well as carrying out comprehensive on-site facility assessment of EAP and OSO offshore gas plants, along with the BRT onshore facility.
May 2008 – Jun 2008 Jeffa Geosurveys and Technical Services Civil Engineer (Contract) Responsibilities: I carried out soil tests to determine the Geotechnical Properties of Asaba International Airport. The tests carried out were: Compaction tests, California Bearing Ratio, Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity, Triaxial tests, and Atterberg Limits.
Oct 2005 – Jan 2006 ExxonMobil Industrial Hygienist Responsibilities: I was actively involved in educating employees on the need for Industrial Hygiene (IH) at work and liaised with safety representatives in all departments within the organisation in distributing Hazardous Communication (HAZCOM) materials. In addition, I embarked on a number of inspection visits to offshore locations: such as YOHO, Bonny River Terminal (BRT) and NOBLE Percy-Johns. This was carried out to ensure compliance with all IH regulations. I was also responsible for carrying out periodic noise and air pollution tests at several locations.
