March 2007 to present Dubai Electricity and Water Authority Dubai UAE Currently working at DEWA Distribution (Operation & Maintenance) having a hands-on knowledge for maintenance of 33/11/6.6kv switchgears, underground cable fault pin pointing and cable tests using test locating van. 1500kva mobile diesel generator connecting, operation and maintenance. 11kv switchgears operation, functional testing, vacuum testing and sf6 gas refilling. Perform inspection of HV/MV switchgears, trouble-shooting, complain rectification and rehabilitation/replacement of TRANSFORMER, RMU and LVDB. Performing 11kv CB panel test using contact timers, micro ohmmeter, vacuum tester and insulation tester. Attending emergency complain by applying all safety practices and quality procedures, daily report making and other maintenance related works.
July 2005 to February 2007 Danway Electrical and Mechanical Engineering LLC Dubai UAE Installation of Cable Tray/Ladder/Trunking and its accessories, Lying of LV/MV, Control, instrumentation, and auxiliary cables. Termination of control and power cables, distribution board, junction boxes and cable identification tags. Erection of 11kv switchgears, testing and commissioning. 11kv/6.6kv switchgear insulation resistance test, breaking timing test, continuity test, and documentation report making. Modification of relays and protection panels. Conduit installation emt/pvc, light fitting, cable pulling, and installation of electrical devices.
May 2004 to April 2005 TNV Engineering Services Philippines Troubleshooting of electric motor controls like direct on line, wye start delta run, forward-reverse and sequential starting controls. Rehabilitations of panel board, re-terminations and maintenance. Checking of insulation resistance, reconditioning, rewinding, bearing replacement of electric motors.
