Primary objective of the job:
As PM, I am responsible to manage and implement these GSM projects in order to guarantee seamless cutovers and launching of new services in a timely fashion and within budget and company objectives.
Responsibilities: Manage 5 GSM projects at the same time, total number of sites is 500 site FTK and 1000 actions of MW upgrades and expansions. Manage project budgets (Around 200 M sar) Manage Project resources (around 45 employees within 6 departments) Manage six departments: Site acquisition, civil department, power department , telecom department & documentation department Preparing and controlling Project schedule . Supporting /Coordinating with the sales/presales departments for new opportunities. Controlling PRs of the project. Controlling & monitoring cash flow in/cash out of each project and make sure to meet the margin of each one.
Managing 3G ,2G, MSC, DSH projects from design up to invoicing & close out stage During this period I Managed 3 SDH projects & one fiber optic cable projects(OSP), below is a summary of each one: 1. This project is the first project in a series of projects to replace Microwave transmission systems at Saudi Aramco. This project is ongoing with a projected completion date of January 2005. Under this project 47 remote sites will be connected by SDH and DWDM (16 wavelengths) technology and 330km, 48-strand Single mode Fiber-Optic Cable.
