Experience of handling two continuous plant at a time of 300 TPD each, with DCS System supplied by the FOXBORO INVENSYS Polyester Chips, POY & Staple Fiber by Continuous Esterification and Poly Condensation process from PTA and MEG as the raw material. Responsible for the quality of total Production in shif t. Field jobs like pump, filter and cooler c/o and Catalyst & Additive Bx. Preparation. Trouble shooting and man power handling. Also responsible for maintaining DCS parameters as per SOP and required changes for maintaining product quality and product change over in Poly. Handling oil fired type HTM heaters supplied by the M/S THERMAX. and BERTRAMS & also PTA conveying system working on PLC system. Interaction with Quality Control Department for feedback of intermediate and final product testing result and solving the quality problems. Worked in plant start up and shut down activities several times. Provided shift coverage to manufacturing operations on a DCS based process control system. Led a team of 20 operators and supervisors to achieve yield, quality and productions targets. Resolved personnel issues on the shifts to maintain team work and collaboration. Look after ISO (9001/14001/18001) - QMS, EMS, OHSAS documentation and standards process automation. Coordination with instrumentation and Mechanical department on process automation/breakdown activites
