Professional Experience
I have a 12 years experience mainly in Detailed Engineering, FEED and EPC, mainly in On-shore plant design besides design of infrastructures like buildings (residential, textile mills, cement plants etc), Bridges, etc. I feel confident in working on both Civil and Structural works in designing and also has been an active part of Project coordination activities. I have hands on experience of basic engineering, detail engineering, EPC engineering with specifications, design basis, drawing production, material take-off (MTO), BOQ’s, civil scope of work and design calculations. In my tenure of experience I have worked with multinational oil and gas consultants. Also because of the nature of my job, I have good understanding of pipeline, piping, mechanical, and fair knowledge of process, electrical, instrumentation drawings and documents and can Review, understand and help in the preparation of engineering designs, specifications and contract documents. Can read and understand P&ID’s, General Arrangement Drawings, and Isometric Piping Drawings Etc. In my career, I have been involved, but not limited to, in the design of RCC buildings, High-rise buildings, sub stations, control buildings, pipe supports, pipe racks, platforms, Pump house, Sheds, layouts, drainage works design and layouts, underground services design, Machine foundations design (static / rotary like pumps / filters / pig launchers and receivers, transformers, exchangers, horizontal and vertical vessels etc.), Tank foundations / Tank farm area design, Vent Stack foundation, RCC retaining walls etc. I have hands on experience of softwares like Staad Pro, Foundation 3D, Mat 3D, Etabs, Safe, Prokon etc. I feel quite confident in working independently or as a part of team, contributing to the progress efficiently.
