• Design experience of administration buildings, commercial, large mixed use developments, hospitality and residential projects. • Develop, preliminary design, conceptual design, advanced design stages. • Follow up the site progress and attending progress/co-ordination meetings. • Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, co-ordination drawings, load schedules, voltage drop and short circuit calculations. • Adjust variation orders w.r.t client order of magnitude and priorities with the help of change board management members. • Review and check work inspection requests, material inspection requests by contractor. • Prepare and check scope of work, scope baseline, work breakdown structure WBS prior to commencement of work. • Evaluate the contractor's variation orders through detailed breakdowns B.D and value engineering VE. • Essential knowledge of local Regulations as well as NFPA, BS, IEC, IEE, IEEE and EIA/TIA codes and standards beside HSE standards according to ISO standards
