Position Description & General Duties:
Working presently as senior process Engineer for NAUVATA Engineering Pvt Limited, an upstream oil and gas design consultancy. The nature of job includes detailed engineering, conceptional and basic engineering and exploring new working methodology. 1. Worked on detailed engineering of ONGC B-193 five well head platform which includes P&ID review, data sheet preparation,& vent system study etc. 2. Conceptual and basic engineering for Ergil MRS Oil LPG import terminal. Work involves concept development and basic engineering involving preparation of process design basis, PFD, preliminary P&ID, data sheets and sizing calculations.
3. Pre -bidding for HOUT (KJO) offshore Gas facilities. 4. Pre-bidding for ONGC cluster 7 and cluster 16 well head and pipelines project. 5. Exposed to relevant codes used in Oil and gas industries. Codes includes API RP 520, API RP 521, API 14C, API 14E, API 12J, API 2510, API 2510A etc.
Previous Organizations I. Senior Process Engineer for L&T VALDEL ¡Vfrom Sept 2008 to July 2010. 1. Feed verification studies for Yetagun process platform. 2. Pre bidding of B-193 process platform. 3. Dynamic simulation study of process Gas compressor for NQRC. 4. Heat Exchanger design using HTFS and HTRI 5. Worked for resolving many issues in Smart Plant P&I Diagram 6. Worked on Aspen Basic Engineering for the better work process in the organization 7. Published a paper in oil world and Oil Asia journal for Dynamic Simulation studies of Gas Compressors.
II. Worked as Senior Simulation Engineer in Honeywell Technologies from July 2007 to AUG 2008 1. Simulation studies for UOP hydro cracking and Tatoray process. 2. Worked for Simulation studies of Compressors for Shell.
