2010 - 2011 Kanani Management Consulting, Saudi Arabia [Senior Consultant] Worked on various consultancy assignments as well as served as de-facto Head of Business Development. Tasks and responsibilities were related to business solutions such as: Feasibility Study, Business Plan Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Investment Analyses etc. One of the major projects included developing a 3-year business plan for a holding company with assets in excess of USD 200 M in various business segments e.g. Real Estate, Food & Beverages, Private/Public Equity, Industrial Complexes etc.

Amenities include restaurants, retail outlets, residential and office buildings, utilities, infrastructure, mall & conference centre, marina etc. CEO Office: Key team member of the CEO Office, which was an interface between the CEO, the rest of the organization and external parties. Developed policies and procedures aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the team. The CEO Office was also given the portfolios of Secretary of the Board and Corporate Compliance Office.
