Project Manager for integrated development of Petronas offshore & onshore Oil & Gas fields projects. Led PMT team & Supervised 1.5 Billion US$ FEED & EPC contract management of Kumang clusters field’s development project of 3 production & 1 CPP with LQ, bridge, flare, Gas Sweetening, Centrifugal Compressors, Glycol Dehydration Units, Sub Sea 28” NB* 200 Km 500 MMSCFD gas trunk pipeline to feed LNG plant in Bintulu, advanced Instrumentation & DCS using HIPS. The challenges were managing high sour gas, Design and construction, Operation, Inspection, Integrity assessment, Corrosion control and mitigation, Maintenance and monitoring of Offshore and On Shore pipelines (including operation and maintenance of Sour wet gas pipelines having Hydrate, cutting down costs on trunk pipeline & unmanned platforms by eliminating need for costly instrumentation systems after discussing with operations, cost optimized solutions studied & adopted saving in millions of dollars cost to company in real terms. Supervised management of engineering, tendering, procurement of company supplied long lead items pipeline, compressors, pumps, control valves, DCS, F&G control systems, generators, cranes, structural steel, construction, finalized tendering & construction strategies, HSE, HUC & installation procedures. Supervised Hazop/SIL studies & site modification design works with JV partner operators Shell & MLNG Bintulu. Supervised development of SEPAT oil recovery project field development plan (FDP) for FEED, Design of FPSO & subsea well head platforms in coordination with stake holders Shell Global & Exxon Mobile. Completed Bergading offshore 150 MMSCFD of gas field development Pre FEED FDP, project scoping & tendering activities for one process, 2 production platforms and interconnecting subsea pipelines. Project Manager for developing FDP for Calub and Hilala gas fields exploitation in Ethiopian Ogden region upstream gas development, budgeting, detailed economic analysis of IRR, NPV, CAPEX/OPEX for 500 MMSCFD @ 50 % prospects of 4 TCF gas reserves putting up gas production & processing facilities, 900 Km 28” cross country pipeline at a cost of $1.9 billion to commercialize export via building a new LNG plant at port Djibouti. Techno economic appraisal analysis report accepted for further appraisal Drilling. Project risk analysis and integrated project design reviews.
