1. Financial Accounting role

 Overall Management & Control of Accounts Division at the corporate office & regional level
 Month-end/year-end closing activities including finalisation of Audit

2. Finance & MIS Role

 Arranging long term bridge loans from Financial institutions
 Raising Working Capital & Term Loan from Institutions, deposit mobilisation & arranging Non funded limits.
 Overall Cash Flow Management-
 Preparation & consolidation of Annual Budgets & cash flow forecasts at a group level.
 Analysis of Balance sheets & income statements and presenting key inputs for management decisions.
 Analysis of various Investment proposals project appraisal reports for management consideration.
 Forex management through forward buying of foreign currencies and export realisations at optimum exchange rates.





3. Audit, Legal Commercial role

 Liaison with External/Internal auditors for completion of statutory audit.
 Drafting legal agreements
 Handling Court cases at various judiciaries and negotiations for out of court settlements.
 Liaison with STPI authorities in setting up STPI units (Bonding/De-bonding activities)
 Preparation of contracts and execution of legal agreements specific to Oil Companies.
 Negotiations with vendors/suppliers and contract closures.
 Handling of complete Payroll Accounting system including PF/ESI & Retirement Benefits administration

4. Investor Relations Management Role

 Perform as SPOC for presentations to investment communities (FII’s, FI’s, Investment bankers, venture capitalists, fund managers, brokers, analysts), about company operation update.
 Co-ordinate and conduct investor meetings, press interviews and road shows,
 Undertake business planning, financial analysis, project financial feasibility reporting, and due-diligence for investment projects,
 Handling IPO and post allotment services to investors.
 Meeting all regulatory compliances- RBI, Stock exchanges listing agreement formalities, SEBI regulations, and ROC filings.

Eductation

Professional Level:
Passed CA (final) IST GROUP conducted by ICAI.
Passed IST group (Level A) of ICFAI.
Certified Lead Auditor from Chatfield University UK for ISO Audits.

• Graduate /School Level:

 Bachelors Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi.
 Passed higher secondary with Science subjects.

• Workshops & training Courses Attended:

• Workshop on Internal Quality Audit for ISO Certification.
• Lead Assessor course leading to certification as qualified Lead Auditor.
• Course for enhancement of PC Skills on MS WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT.
