Since 1994 - Working in TATA chemicals, Babrala UP in fertilizer division as a ASSTISTANT ENGINNER in mechanical maintenance Dept. & worked with all kind of machineries of both ammonia & urea plant
2008-09 During De bottle necking [Capacity expansion] project I have been exposed to erection and commissioning of single and Multi stage centrifugal pumps and static vessel - Urea stripper, Reactor.
1994-2008- I have hand on experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting & complete Overhauling of various rotary equipments like Heavy duty single & multi stage pumps, Fans, blowers, Compressors etc.
Plunger/Gland replacement & routine maintenance of High speed triplex ammonia feed pump
Attending abnormalities, rotor/shaft replacement, Bearing inspection & resetting various clearances of multi stage Carbamet pump / Boiler Feed Water pump / Semi Lean solution [GV] pump
1994-95 also participated in initial erection & commissioning activities of plant. I had hand on experience in erection/commissioning of Various equipments - ID /FD fan, blowers, High speed Triplex ammonia and High speed carbamate pumps of make Sundstrand ,20 MW GT turbines includes Inspection of combustion path HRU-Hydro testing and IBR certification ,steam Drum PSV calibration centrifugal compressor and stream turbines, Howden screw compressor and reciprocating compressor during plant setup in 1993.
