Duties and Responsibilities
Non – Metallic Applicator
► To be able to confirm location and dimensions of hole or holes. ► Perform surface preparation and provide an anchor profile to entire repair area, with special attention to the surface area around the hole or holes. ► To be able to determine the number of wraps to apply over the Leak Repair Area. ► Preparing all the materials to be used in applying Riser Wrap, RiserGuard and Armor Plate. ► Preparing the Pipe after blusting. ► To be able to mixed RiserBond, Adhesive Part A and B and it should be equal quantity. ► Applying RiserBond Adhesive to a Pipe. ► Reattaching the applied RiserBond Adhesive after few minutes of installation.
