Professional Experience |
• Implement proper testing procedure and ensure that all electrical equipment tested as per client standard and specification to meet flawless start up goal.
• Perform technical review of Design drawings to provide input and identify any changes to ensure operability, risk assessment, electrical isolation (lock out tag out) and safety measure to all disciplined activities under pre-commissioning and commissioning area, safety assessment should be fully implemented prior to work permit approval.
• Conduct various inspection, supervise and implement proper engineering procedure and project standard on the execution of: Insulation Resistance test, High Potential test, Conductivity test, Ac/Dc Motor solo run and Vibration test, Polarity Index of high voltage and more than 30KW motors, Thermal overload relay testing, Under/over voltage relay testing, Trip time test of Breakers, Current Transformer Ratio and Polarity test, Voltage Transformer, Grounding resistor, and all the electrical monitoring and protection device of the Substation.
• Component testing prior to start up on Low Voltage, Medium voltage switchgear ABB, and UPS distribution switchboard GUTOR.
• Perform functional test motor manager, Core Balance, Restriction Earth Fault & Earth Fault Stability test and Variable Speed Drive System ABB products.
• Support vendors (Areva, ABB and Gutor) in performing their technical testing to all electrical equipment, high/low voltage power transformer and switchgears, protection relays, current/voltage transformers, low/high voltage motors, ups system, Interposing relay panel, Annunciators, Capacitor banks, Neutral earthing resistors, On load tap changer panels, small power distribution, earthing system and various electrical equipment.
