at field level- Effective implementation of company policy and standard. Update Emergency repose plan as per requirement. Conducting Safety Induction, awareness, tool box talks for all employees. Inspection of all rigging, scaffolding & fire related equipments. (Pre-Ope. inspection of crane, Prepare Lifting plan, Inspect lifting Gears, Conduct lifting Operation). Conducted Occupational Health Assessments at high risk zone. Implementing safety signs boards and posters where ever it is applicable. Conducting in house job related specialized training program for employees. Update Fire fighting system at different location via local supervisor (from simple first aid firefighting system to sprinklers, hydrant system). Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipments are safe and up to the standard before commencement of each jobs. Maintain and distribute PPE. Conduct training and maintain for Audit (Safety Induction, PPE, Chemical Handling, Material Handling ,Working at Height, Fire Fighting ) . Conduct Stop Work program. Present safety data during weekly safety meeting with client.
