Work Abstract:

Sr. Project Planning & Control Engineer - Working on Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas EPCIC projects; covering Installation of Onshore Pipelines, Refineries expansion, Control Room Buildings, Valve Stations, Rigid Sub-Sea Pipelines, associated Tie-ins / Risers / Close-out Spools, Sub-Sea Power /Communication Cables, Well Head Platforms, Process Platforms, Topsides, Bridges, Hook-up works, etc.

Experience Profile
Project Management:
• Project Management and Supervision.
• Co-ordination with Engineering, Procurement, Project Team, Sub-Contractors.
• Participating in the preparation of project execution plan, strategy and costing.
• Review Tender & Contract Documents, scope of work. Specifying project objectives and plans including scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements.
• Assisting in the Procurement of Critical Project materials/Equipments.
• Strategic Planning and Management / Corporate planning.
• Strong interpersonal / coordination skills and the ability to engage multifunctional groups.
Planning/Project Control:
• Prepare/develop systems and procedures related to project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, progress reporting and progress trending.
• Excellent Computer skills & proficiency in project management and supporting software (Primavera, Pertmaster, MS Project, MS office, Powerpoint, etc)
• Project planning & scheduling for EPC projects. Preparation of planning networks, identification of Milestones. Carrying out planning analysis.
• Modify original plan to accommodate changing conditions. Identify critical activities and recommend actions to improve progress.
• Reviewing/checking Progress Reports submitted by sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Prepare weekly / monthly project status reports. Prepare project related presentations.
• Review of Planning Package/Documents submitted by sub-contractors.
• Monitor Contractor manpower utilization, progress reporting, engineering production, quantity installation, material status & logistics.
• Preparation of the project monthly cost reports encompassing expended, incurred and forecast costs.
• Preparation of budget forecasts
• Prepare project close-out reports.
• Attending Risk Management workshops.
• Review progress payment and service Invoices from contractors.
• Attending kick-off meetings / project review meetings.

B.Tech. Degree, (Mechanical) – 1st Class
Passed in July 2000 from JMI Central University, New Delhi, India.
Management:
Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi, India.
Certificate course in Project Management Professional (PMP), CEI, Abu Dhabi.
Certificate course in Advanced Construction Management, PROMIS, Abu Dhabi.
