Role: Piping Supervisor
Responsibilities • Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization. • Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available. • Co-ordinate with the sub contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning. • Issue the work permits ensuring SHE requirements. • Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on weekly basis. • Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client. • Inspection and approval of all the QA/QC submittals of the subcontractor.

Role: Site Engineer (Piping)
Responsibilities • To study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspection work. • Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction. • Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details. • Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements. • Supervise and Inspection of cold and hot insulation, cladding on piping and equipments. • Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports, prior to hydro test and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work is done.
Responsibilities • Carry out Project Engineering activities related to the project's multidisciplinary nature. • Supervision of workshop activities for pre-fabrication of associated piping work. • Experience in construction, installation, commissioning and start-up of process machinery.

B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from KannurUniversity, India.
Secondary Schooling was done from NIMS Sharjah, UAE

• Trained in 3D Modeling using CATIA V5. (Part Design, Sheet Metal, Surface Design and Drafting). • Auto Cad 2007 • Primavera P3 and MS Project • Smart plant 3D • Trained in working with Scissor lifts and telescopic boom lifts • Good at using computers and have fair Knowledge in Hardware. • Completed Diploma course in computer application
